He was in the hospital, I didn't know if he was going to make it or not. I was too late to get to him when I realized Bruce Wayne was the next target.
I spent nearly a year here worrying about him. Thinking I might have lost him because I wasn't fast enough. I didn't figure it out quick enough. That I let him down when I should have been there to protect him.
